Thanks to the extraordinary width of the beach of Bibione it was possible to place the beach umbrellas with a distance of 4 metres. This allows to have more security and freedom.

I have booked my vacation and my arrival is in a few weeks or months; How should I behave?
We advise you to wait before cancelling or changing your reservation. The situation is gradually improving. Many restrictions have already been gradually loosened.
Can I postpone my vacation without losing my deposit or rebooking fees?
Of course, you can change your holiday dates up to 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Until when can I cancel my vacation without losing the deposit?
The reservation can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the established arrival day. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be converted into a voucher, which is valid until the end of season 2021.
Are the Residence, its environments and rooms safe and hygienic?
In response to COVID-19, we are taking further measures that comply with the guidelines of the health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene procedures even stricter and safer.
When do you have to wear a mask?
The mask is used in closed spaces such as our reception, games room, supermarkets and shops. In open spaces, the mask is not mandatory. On the beach, in the swimming pool and on walks, you don't have to wear the mask. In any case, it is essential to keep a distance of at least one meter.

We use specific products every day for medical and surgical use both for surfaces such as floors, shelves and furniture and for curtains and sofas.
Common areas, such as the pool area, reception, lifts, corridors, are disinfected several times a day.The apartment's linen has always been subjected to a sterilization cycle by the personnel in charge at our internal laundry.
