We take the highest regulatory and precautionary measures in our Residence to provide you and your family with vacation enjoyment and a safe environment. If you plan a vacation with us, you will receive services and attentions as usual.
Work on setting up the beach has already started and the beach areas will be further apart: up to 54 square meters for each individual beach area; at the pool also, the distance between the loungers is increased to keep the necessary safety distance.
Can I already book my next holiday without worries?
Of course, our team from the Booking Center is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or can be contacted by email at: email@example.com .
I have booked my vacation and my arrival is in a few weeks or months; How should I behave?
We advise you to wait before you cancel or change your booking. We assume that the situation will soon improve. The current restrictions will gradually be relaxed and also lifted in the coming weeks. In any case, don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail. We check every single case in order to accommodate the customer as much as possible. Our customer service will give you all the necessary information.
Can I postpone my vacation without losing my deposit or rebooking fees?
Of course, you can change your holiday dates up to 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Until when can I cancel my vacation without losing the deposit?
The reservation can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the established arrival day. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be converted into a voucher, which is valid until the end of season 2021. In any case, we examine every single case in order to accommodate the customer as much as possible.
I haven't made a prepayment yet, but I still want to start my vacation, can I wait a bit for the down payment?
Of course, contact us, we are happy to extend the payment period.
Are the Residence Apartments safe and hygienic?
In response to COVID-19, we are taking further measures that comply with the guidelines of the health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene procedures even stricter and safer.

We constantly monitor and follow changes in the recommendations and guidelines of the Italian government and local health authorities, in order to continue to provide the best possible service while safeguarding the safety of our guests and collaborators, in compliance with the requirements issued by local authorities.

Hygiene and cleanliness have always been a top priority and will now be further intensified. The common areas, such as the swimming pool area, reception, lifts, corridors, will be disinfected several times a day with specific products.
The apartment's linen has always been subjected to a sterilization cycle by the personnel in charge at our internal laundry.
