Huge balcony, like another room, we ate there every day. Very good equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable with thick sprung matrasses. Kids loved to jump on beds, hotel even provided, after request, two barriers for kid's beds so they won't fall off. Very nice hotel staff. They seem to react on reviews and improved few things. That Apart Hotel is in the middle of Bibione surrounded by very good Restaurants. It has a nice Swimmingpool, but the sea with a private beach is also very close. We stayed there for 5 days (4 adults, 2 children). The rooms are quite big and our balcony looked straight to the sea - wonderful view on the 5th floor. I recommend booking that location.
