New Bathrooms for B1 Apartments & Renovations for a More Comfortable Stay

For the 2025 season, we have an exciting update: all bathrooms in the B1 one-bedroom apartments from the third to the fifth floor have been completely renovated. These brand-new, modern, and functional bathrooms are designed to make your stay even more enjoyable in our Bibione apartments.
Our B1 one-bedroom apartments are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with a spacious 49 sqm layout. Each apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (complete with a stylish eco-leather headboard), a living area with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, plus a large 13 sqm covered terrace—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or romantic sunset dinners. And for your ultimate comfort, all beds are equipped with Memory Foam toppers!
But that’s not all! As every year, we’ve taken great care of every detail at Residence Serenissima. We’ve refreshed the interiors of the apartments and given the building’s exterior a fresh new look, because we know how important it is for you to find a well-maintained and welcoming environment.

This summer, fun is guaranteed at Residence Serenissima! We’re thrilled to announce the return of our beloved entertainer, Alessandra, who has won the hearts of all the little ones. She and her team of professionals will make your children's vacation unforgettable, offering a rich program of activities 5 days a week, both in the morning and afternoon.
If your kids are 4 years or older, they’ll have a blast in our fully-equipped playroom, filled with creative workshops and recreational activities. And when the sun is shining? The fun moves to the beach! While your children play safely under the watchful eyes of our animators, you can relax under the sun umbrella or enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool.
