Located from the sixth to the eighth floor, this Suite offers you a panoramic sea view that naturally illuminates all the living area rooms. Unlike the other apartments, here you find two full bathrooms with the private en-suite bathroom in the double bedroom. In addition, it includes a large 23 m² terrace furnished with sun loungers. Completely soundproofed and with daily cleaning included, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people in the most spacious 83 m² of the Residence, also perfect for long stays.

The large and bright living room, with lacquered furniture and fine finishes, opens onto the sea view creating an airy and welcoming environment. The leather double sofa bed easily transforms, maintaining the livable space even when open. The finely equipped kitchen area features granite tops and Class A appliances: maxi refrigerator, dishwasher, double coffee machine (traditional and Nespresso) and four-burner gas hob to cook with all comforts.
Night area
Two separate bedrooms guarantee privacy and comfort for the whole family. The double bedroom with single armchair bed features a spacious sliding wardrobe, leather headboard and Memory Foam topper, as well as a 48'' LED TV and private bathroom with large glass shower box. The second bedroom offers two single beds with Memory Foam toppers and wardrobe, served by the second bathroom in the hallway.
Two full bathrooms make the Suite ideal for large families and long stays. The private bathroom of the double bedroom, with large glass shower box, offers maximum comfort. The second bathroom in the hallway conveniently serves the small bedroom and the guests of the sofa bed. Both equipped with hairdryer, make-up mirror and personal scale.
Terrace
The terrace is the true highlight of the Suite: 23 m² of covered terrace facing south, furnished to accommodate the whole family. It includes a table for six people for panoramic lunches and dinners, two sun loungers for moments of private relaxation and a practical closed storage compartment. The sea view accompanies every moment of the day, from breakfast to sunset.

The Deluxe Sea View Suite is completely soundproofed thanks to aluminum window frames with special glass, sound-insulated security door and particular care of acoustic insulation in the bedrooms. Lived in apartment 2A. Huge balcony, like another room, we ate there every day. Very good equipped kitchen (2xpans, several pots from big for big family soup to mid range for pastas to small ones, toaster, lots of cups, glasses, several kinds of plates and far more cutlery that we needed. Beds were comfortable with thick sprung matrasses. Kids loved to jump on beds, hotel even provided, after request, two barriers for kid's beds so they won't fall off. Very nice hotel staff. They seem to react on reviews and improved few things. Noisy chairs vere equipped with rubber feet to dampen the noise. Instead of one free password for wifi we got three free of charge and I would get more if I wanted. There is a big hotel owned and gated parking.
Every room got separate entrance and was cleaned every day. Would definitely like to return here.

We spent this aparthotel one week in the beggining of August. I recommend this residence for everyone. The aparthotel is approx 5-7 mintutes to the beach, for the hotel room we got a sun bed ticket for all the week and sun towels too. It is a clean hotel and well equipped, we defenetly come back.

I love this place because it’s family residence. They really do everything for they clients.
Nice family, nice residence , great places for kids - play room, swimming pool, playground, animations… everything for comfort holiday for adults: clean room, big balcony with a nice view, bar near swimming pool, bikes for renting, tenis table… just few minutes to the beach.

That Apart Hotel is in the middle of Bibione surrounded by very good Restaurants. It has a nice Swimmingpool, but the sea with a private beach is also very close.
We stayed there for 5 days (4 adults, 2 children)
The rooms are quite big and our balcony looked straight to the sea - wonderful view on the 5th floor.
I recommend booking that location.

The apartment was a good size and location was great - just a few mins walk to the beach. Beds, including sofa bed were comfy. Free towels for the beach. The private beach with parasol, sunbeds and locker was great. Pool was nice and quiet even in August.
